The problem with most people’s priorities is that they really aren’t.
You may say that something is a priority, but you don’t give it your full attention and effort.
Is it a priority in name only?
Your #1 Goal must be “front and center” in your life.
You must put it in front of everything else.
Put Your Top Goal Front and Center
Are you really putting the emphasis that you should on your big goal?
Most people fail at their big goals because they don’t put them front and center.
Instead, it remains just “something you would like to do” at some point.
In case you aren’t familiar with the phrase “front and center,” it means, “Prominent, of the greatest importance.”
(A phrase that I picked up from my time as a Naval Officer.)
In other words, your top goal must stand out from everything else in your life.
It must truly be your #1 Priority.
“Your #1 Goal must be front and center at all times.”
It must stand out from all of your other priorities.
It can’t be just another todo on your list.
It has to be on your mind constantly.
It should be the first thing you do each day, and the last thing you think about before going to bed.
If your goal is to get in shape… it must stomp your desire to skip the gym.
If you goal is to lose weight…it must be more important to you than eating to excess.
If you goal is to start a business… you must be willing to make the sacrifices of both time and money to start.
If your goal is to write a book… it requires you to sit down and actually write. (Every day!)
Set Your Main Focus
Whatever your top goal is, ask yourself if it’s truly front and center in your day-to-day activities.
Until it is your main focus, you will not be successful. It will remain elusive and just out of your reach.
Make sure your top goal is always front and center.
