Heather, sounds like you have been on top of it for a while!

I do like the fact that it brings all of your content together and you don't have to worry about missing articles if you don't visit on a particular day. Let's me pick out what I want to read.

I've been using Google Reader for years. I have folders that I sort all my feeds based on topics and categories. A Reader is huge time saver. And you don't have to worry about missing something should you not have time to 'surf' the web.

I started using RSS extensively about a year ago and it has definitely streamlined my web experience significantly. Like you, I used to hop around to a number of sites regularly - now they all come to me, and I can select items and topics I'm interested in as and when it suits me.

My tool of choice is iGoogle. Although it's not a dedicated RSS Reader, the ability to add RSS feeds alongside other gadgets on dedicated tabs has turned my iGoogle into a one-stop information and personal productivity hub. You can check out my current dashboard here: http://www.twitpic.com/2406f5
